ParkRomb Terms of Service

Effective: September 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ParkRomb, operated by Romb Corp.

Parking information only

ParkRomb is an information and coordination service. Romb Corp and ParkRomb do not own, sell, lease, reserve, transfer, guarantee, or control any public parking space. User-supplied information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and availability can change at any time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for determining whether stopping or parking is lawful and safe and for complying with signs, meters, permits, street-cleaning requirements, hydrant and driveway restrictions, temporary rules, and applicable laws.

Virtual Energy

Energy is a virtual in-app resource. It is not legal tender or stored monetary value, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money.

User conduct

You must not intentionally submit false or misleading parking information, misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use ParkRomb for unlawful activity.

No guarantee

ParkRomb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a parking opportunity will remain available or that another user's information will be accurate.

Account deletion

You may use the account-deletion option available in ParkRomb. Certain information may be retained when required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
