This Privacy Policy explains how Romb Corp (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with ParkRomb.

Information we process

Depending on your use of ParkRomb, information processed may include account information such as email address, profile and vehicle information you provide, location information needed for parking-related features, app activity and operational data, device or push-notification identifiers, and advertising-related identifiers and data.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure ParkRomb, operate parking-information features, maintain accounts and virtual Energy, provide notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot and improve the service, understand app usage, and support advertising functionality.

Service providers

ParkRomb may use third-party service providers for backend infrastructure, notifications, analytics, mapping, and advertising. Those providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.

Location

Location information is used for location-dependent parking features. Device permissions control access to location information, and some functionality may not work without the required permission.

Advertising

ParkRomb may display advertisements. Advertising providers may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interaction information, and related technical information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and other permitted purposes.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can manage certain device permissions through device settings. ParkRomb provides an in-app option to request deletion of your account. Some information may be retained when required or permitted by law or for security and compliance purposes.

Children

ParkRomb is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13.
